The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air 1990 -1996 starring Will Smith (I Robot, Independence Day, Ali), Alphonso Riberio, James Avery, Karyn Parsons, Janet Hubert, Daphne Maxwell Reid, Joseph Marcell and Tatyana Ali is one of the top black shows of all time. Fresh Prince definitely left it's mark in television history while capturing the hearts of people across the globe. Talks of a reboot has been in the works for years but now finally in 2022 we get to experience "Bel-Air"exclusively on Peacock. Bel-Air is a very different spin on the often light-hearted comedy feel of Fresh Prince. Bel-Air is a drama that details why the prince character had to move from Philly to Los Angeles to live with family abroad. there are moments that definitely connect the dots or make mention of the classic show but this reboot definitely has a life of its own.
